Project Statement: Toys R Us along the intersection of Business Ln and E 24th St is complaining about the amount of traffic flow caused by the demand to merge onto E 24th St. They claim that cars drive through their parking lots which causes more traffic issues to get to the front of the traffic build up.

Final Solution: With the amount of time provided and the amount of money we are trying to minimize spending, we decided to widen Business Ln to accommodate a larger traffic flow and move the mall entrance so that it is directly across the opening of Business Ln. The benefits of this idea is that it reduces traffic congestion along the area that Toys R Us is concerned about with minimal construction work. However, this idea requires us to cut into some land owned by current establishments. Therefore, we would need to compromise with them in order for this plan and design to go through.
